This Security Cleared Commercial and Subcontracting Consultant reduces risk through the alignment of customer and supplier terms and conditions. With a wealth of experience in requirements decomposition and ITT / RFI / RFQ process, providing leadership to bid project teams in proposal development. Engagements with customers, suppliers and stakeholders are effectively managed through relationship management experience and negotiation skills.
Key Achievements
Provided Commercial and Contract management for a number of new bids including:
£7m bid into UK Security Services for covert surveillance equipment.
£95m bid into UK Nuclear Industry for Emergency Communications Equipment.
Bid renewal of a UK Defence Land Systems availability contract.
Bid renewal for a UK Government IT outsourcing contract.
International bids to USA, Africa, Australia, NZ and Asia Pacific.
Experience
With 20 years of corporate experience and 15 operating independently this consultant has provided services in a diverse range of sectors including Manufacturing, Defence, Semiconductor, Telecommunication, Automotive and Furniture. Additionally some direct projects have been delivered to public sector bodies including Local Government and the MOD.
Whilst based in the UK business relationships have been developed internationally with customers, suppliers and business partners. Currently holds UK Security Clearance.
