Profile


A highly experienced Bid Director and procurement specialist with over 20 years' experience leading complex public sector and regulated procurements across Justice, Immigration, Facilities Management, Infrastructure, Telecoms, Energy and Central Government environments.

This Associate combines supplier-side bid leadership with direct government procurement and evaluation experience, providing a strong understanding of how major opportunities are shaped, evaluated and awarded. His background includes senior roles within the Home Office, Ministry of Justice, Mitie, Serco and Interserve.

Has significant experience supporting complex outsourcing, mobilisation and transformation programmes, including politically sensitive operational environments and multi-site service delivery.
He is particularly experienced in bid governance, evaluator-focused response strategy, commercial alignment and mobilisation planning. He is recognised for bringing structure, clarity and commercial discipline to high-value and high-risk procurements.
