Delivered process improvements at Vodafone including a strategic deals guidebook, which was adopted as best practice, and a new bid qualification process that improved win rates by 25% within six months.
Experience
During their 25 years' experience in the Defence, Telecoms and Technology sectors, this Associate has led bids across the public and private sector through both direct and indirect channels. They have managed senior level teams of 50+ people and often overcome difficult internal politics to achieve results. In recent years, they have also used their knowledge and experience to provide coaching to existing bid teams through win strategy workshops, governance reviews, deal clinics and red reviews.
