PROFILE
A Civil Engineer and Senior Bid Leader with 25 years of experience in construction and infrastructure, including 18+ years dedicated exclusively to bid strategy, work winning, and end-to-end tender delivery. They bring a strategy-led, consultative approach to every engagement, integrating seamlessly into client workflows and driving win probability through critical thinking, disciplined team organisation, and a results-focused bid culture.
