A Chartered Construction Professional (MCIOB) and senior project manager with almost 20 years' experience delivering capital infrastructure, housing and construction programmes for regulated public sector and utility clients. I have sat on the client side of procurement, writing specifications, setting evaluation weightings and scoring contractor bids, so I know exactly where tenders gain and lose marks. I combine this evaluator's insight with deep NEC3 and NEC4 commercial knowledge to help bidders produce compliant, evidence-led, high-scoring quality submissions.

Key Achievements

I led procurement exercises on contracts worth up to £25m, from specification through to evaluation and award.

I delivered an external wall insulation scheme that won a national project of the year award.

I coordinate around £200m of annual capital funding across a portfolio of about 100 projects.

I streamlined NEC scope writing so that scopes drop straight into contracts.

I produced feasibility studies and business cases for major public sector capital investment.
