With the ability to work in a variety of roles across the bid team (Bid Manager, Bid Director, Strategic Lead, Bid Writer etc.). This Associate has a comprehensive understanding of, and proven track record in, the development and execution of successful bid strategies, processes and plans.
With over 12 years of experience in the Construction and Infrastructure sector - in the UK and Europe - They have gained a wide range of experience across major Civils, Nuclear, Utilities, Construction, Maintenance and Energy bids.
Their core strength lies in their ability to understand how client objectives can be aligned with the delivery of a business strategy; providing challenge where appropriate to ensure opportunities for success are maximised.
Key Achievements
Recent Bid Manager and Writer success includes securing two HS2 Main Works Civils Lots (c. £1.2bn) and two Highways England RDP regions (c. £450m).
Experience
Supporting you as a Bid Writer, they have the ability to either write from scratch or to edit the work of others. Equally comfortable working with subject matter experts to lead response planning sessions, develop answer plans and build up a response, or to work with material compiled by others and edit into a response. This includes writing bid strategy documents, pre-qual and tender responses.
This Associate has won contracts with major clients across the construction and infrastructure sector including HS2, Highways England, Network Rail, MoD, Sellafield, BEIS and National Grid.
