Ken Erskine is a highly experienced bidding professional, having worked on major strategic bids and frameworks for over 40 years. As Managing Director of Bridgehead Consultancy, part of Munnelly Group, Ken leads a fast-growing work-winning and bid strategy consultancy. His team is experienced in bidding and winning for both private and public sector clients, with particular expertise in securing highly graded framework placements.

In forming a consultancy business, Ken brings his learning and technical background from heading Tier 1 preconstruction teams, while championing the importance of capture and relationship management in developing compelling technical and commercial solutions. Under his leadership contract awards have included numerous multi billion direct award frameworks though to multi stakeholder turnkey national programmes of work in healthcare, education, residential and heavily security sensitive regulated environments.  Ken is also an ambassador for industry best practice, having volunteered for ten years on the Board of the APMP UK, including two tenures as CEO, and a two-year tenure on the APMP International Board.
