Since 2011, Anders has been working within the software industry providing solutions and guidance to proposal professionals. Sometimes as a Consultant, other times as a Project Manager for software implementation and key account operations for many clients, mostly within the AEC field.

By working and interacting with hundreds of companies both domestically and abroad, Anders has gained valuable insights into how bids are managed, what difficulties the industry is facing and how it’s being handled in many different organisations.

This allows for best practice to be extracted and used for the benefit of both clients and the broader proposal professional network.

Anders specializes in CV and Reference Management and how to build strong organisational structures around the development of successful proposals.

He has worked with Orbit Online for more than a decade, developing software for proposal professionals which continues to provide a unique outside-in view of the difficulties and opportunities within the industry.
