Outstanding Creative Proposal Design
This award recognises an individual who has demonstrated exceptional creativity in the visual or structural design of a proposal.
Judging criteria:
The judging criteria for this award encompasses:
- Design innovation: Demonstration of exceptional creativity in visual or structure proposal design
- Client appeal: Positive client feedback specifically referencing the design aspects of the proposal
- Useability and functionality: Balance between creativity and functionality, ensuring the design enhances proposal clarity
- Outcome success: Contribution of the creative design to the overall success of the proposal
Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:
- Design innovation: Examples of proposals or visual designs (redacted where required) created by the nominee that showcase creativity and innovation, including project summaries highlighting the unique design elements and their impact on the proposal
- Client appeal: nstances where design played a crucial role in differentiating the proposal from competitors, supported by client comments and/or examples of designs that were highly praised in client debriefs, regardless of the bid outcome
- Usability and functionality: Evidence of how the nominee balanced creativity with usability, such as user-friendly layouts or clear, accessible visuals and/or examples where the design enhanced the proposal's readability and overall impact
- Outcome success: Examples of winning proposals where the creative design significantly contributed to the success, including data showing the positive impact of design on the proposal's outcome
