This award recognises an emerging professional who has made a significant impact within their first few years in the profession.
Judging criteria:
The judging criteria for this award encompasses:
- Learning and development: Demonstrated commitment to growth and development in the profession
- Innovation: Introduction of fresh ideas and approaches that have positively impacted the team's success
- Outcome contribution: Evidence of tangible outcomes or improvements resulting from the individual's work
Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:
- Learning and development: Examples of the nominee's commitment to professional growth and development within the profession (e.g. certifications, courses, or mentoring), feedback from managers or mentors on the nominee's progress and development and evidence of how the nominee's learning efforts have positively impacted their work
- Innovation: Examples of fresh ideas and approaches introduced by the nominee that have positively impacted the team's success and/or instances where the nominee's innovations led to improved outcomes or processes
- Outcome contribution: Tangible outcomes or improvements resulting from the nominee's work supported by metrics or feedback, including evidence showing how the nominee's contributions directly led to successful proposals or business growth
