Judging criteria:

• Expertise and knowledge: Demonstration of deep expertise and knowledge in the bid and proposal profession, providing valuable insights and guidance to clients
• Quality of consulting services: High-quality consulting services that effectively address client needs, helping bid and proposal teams improve their processes, strategies, or outcomes
• Impact on client success: Evidence of the tangible impact of consulting services on client success, such as improved win rates, enhanced bid quality, or more efficient processes
• Client satisfaction and feedback: Positive feedback and high satisfaction ratings from clients, indicating the effectiveness and value of the consulting services provided

Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:

• Expertise and knowledge: Examples of the vendor’s expertise and knowledge in the bid and proposal profession, including case studies, whitepapers, or testimonials that demonstrate their ability to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients
• Quality of consulting services: Evidence of high-quality consulting services, such as client testimonials, descriptions of consulting projects, or examples of methodologies and best practices introduced by the vendor
• Impact on client success: Evidence demonstrating the impact of the consulting services on client success, including data/metrics such as improved win rates, enhanced bid quality, or more efficient processes resulting from the vendor’s consulting
• Client satisfaction and feedback: Examples of client feedback, e.g. satisfaction surveys, testimonials or ratings demonstrating the positive reception and perceived value of the consulting services provided

Each supporting file submitted must be clearly referenced within your application document, indicating which uploaded file corresponds to each relevant section. All commercially sensitive information should be redacted prior to submission.
