Job Description

Head of Bids (Property Consultancy)
London / Hybrid

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Bids to lead the bids and opportunities across the Firm, for a broad range of Clients in both the public and private sector markets. You will manage a x2 Bids Executives and be responsible for leading all day-to-day aspects of an individual bid, client opportunity or large multi-disciplinary frameworks.

As Head of Bids, the client is looking for someone with creativity, a deep client understanding, and value add. You will develop a full understanding of the business and will coordinate submissions that fully utilise wider skillsets such as DE&I, Sustainability, Risk, Finance and BD. This role is a crucial role in the Partnership, supporting our fee earning teams.

The Bids team are involved in every aspect of a submission and have an excellent appreciation of what the client needs are and how best to articulate how the firm can provide that.

Working alongside Partners and the Marketing and BD teams, this successful candidate will need to be a confident self-starter with a strong and flexible work ethic.
