Bid Manager
Job Description
Bid Solutions is currently recruiting for a Bid Manager to support a regional sales team in winning new business. This role covers the full bid lifecycle, combining strong writing, project management and strategic thinking to deliver high quality, compliant submissions.
You’ll take a modern approach to bids, actively using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities:
– End to end bid management (PQQs, ITTs and presentations)
– Writing compelling, compliant bid responses
– Developing bid strategies and coordinating internal contributors
– Using AI tools for drafting, prompting and editing
– Managing multiple bids to tight deadlines and following governance processes
About you:
– Proven bid management experience with a strong success record
– Excellent writing and project management skills
– Genuine interest and hands on experience using AI tools
– Proactive, organised and comfortable working under pressure
– Strong stakeholder and interpersonal skills
– APMP qualification desirable
