Transportation bidding specialist, with over a decade of experience in developing winning bids for design, construction and maintenance organisations, including Mott MacDonald, Balfour Beatty, Skanska and Vinci.
Excellent ability to develop strong working relationships with bid teams, quickly becoming a trusted asset and supporting the development of high-quality, winning bids. Thrives under pressure, including under challenging timescales and when placed in a bid team part way through a tender period.

Key Achievements


Recent notable wins include the Lower Thames Crossing, Kent Roads (£450m) and A303 Stonehenge Delivery Assurance Partner projects (£60m).
Produced winning bids for some of the largest international and UK based companies, including Ferrovial, Eurovia and BAM Nuttall.
During time as Highways Strategic Bid Team Leader at Mott MacDonald, effectively led the team, whilst also managing and writing successful bids, working on business development improvement projects and mentoring junior bid professionals.

Experience


Experience encompasses bid writing and management, with the ability to effectively lead kick off sessions, storyboarding workshops and reviews.
Although specialising in transportation, experience also covers water, housing, ports and defence bids, giving valuable insights into best practice from a variety of industries and the ability to deliver winning responses across the engineering sector.
