Has worked at all levels of Bid Management, from Business Development, ITT Evaluation, Scope Review, Commercial & Technical Reviews, Tender Estimating, Bid Writing, Bid Approval Process, Tender Submission, Final Contract Negotiation, Contract Review, and Contract Approval Process.
Scaffolding, Thermal Insulation, Building Roofing and Cladding, Environmental Cleaning, Coatings and Blasting (utilising subcontract mainly).

Key Achievements


One of their greatest career achievements was to set up the Scaffolding Division for his companies SME, that, within the third year had secured a major maintenance contract worth £1.5m with DOW Barry.

Over 43 years employed, with 28 years involvement in Estimating and Commercial, managed proposals from small works up to £25k to the larger projects in the £millions.
Dealing with and negotiation with Main Clients, from the point of securing contracts to the Final account negotiations, that might include dispute resolution.
