Profile


An astute, strategic and commercially experienced bid professional with demonstrable results - winning complex, large scale Public Sector and Health bids. This Associate engages at all levels to deliver significant bids, improve win ratios and ultimately successful bids of between £20m to + £500m.

Market entry and subsequent new bid wins (£650m) for a major Public Sector provider.
Managed over 50 significant bids - majority greater than £20m.
Recently delivered over £10m of NHS contracts - with 100% success rate.
Win-rate of plus 75% over last 5 years.

Experience


Over 20 years' experience with a formidable record in building pipelines, delivering deals, mobilising teams and successfully managing bids of between £25m to over £500m in the Public, Health, Facilities, IT and Services sectors.
Working with and successfully leading bids for some of the UK's most successful Public Sector outsourcing and service organisations including Serco, Maximus, Capita, PWC, BUPA.
With a background in Public Sector and Health will engage at all levels from Discovery (market and opportunity identification) including the successful (£650m) entry into UK health market. Realisation (with recent significant bid wins-100% success) and Project Delivery (managing operations across a Government Department with c.95,000 employees).
An excellent communicator (verbal and written) providing valuable guidance throughout the bid process - from senior engagement, bid strategy and commercial to team mobilisation, bid development, final presentation and negotiation.
