Profile


A highly accomplished Bid Manager and Writer within the Construction sector with particular skills in Education, Refurbishment and Heritage schemes. Possessing extensive technical knowledge, skilled at writing compelling high-quality bids across Private and Public sectors. Track record of successful PQQ / SQ and tender submissions, through bringing together winning teams; then undertaking writing / peer reviewing to ensure USPs are highlighted and high scores achieved. Operating mainly in the sub £20m sector.

This Associate also offers bid strategy advice, business development, new bidding procedures and assisting in must-win presentations.

£20m 5FE school; submitted winning PITT, led bid and design team through lengthy two stage tender process, securing the scheme (top score on cost and quality).
Ministry of Justice Framework; multiple wins on prisons and courts. Undertook bid process from initial ITT, developed designs to FC and hand over to operations team.

Experience


Almost 15 years' experience of producing winning bids on projects and frameworks. APMP Certified Practitioner member. Highly knowledgeable professional Construction Manager (FCIOB) across New Build, Refurbishment, Social Housing, Education and Heritage sectors.

Previously worked in Business Development and as Framework Manager, therefore aligned to client's expectations. This knowledge, together with being a 'wordsmith', provides an Associate with constructional awareness; adept at pulling the wider team together and producing compelling submissions.
