Experience

This Associate has over 12 years' experience helping companies with the tendering process, tailoring their style and approach to each client's processes and ways of working. Worked in-house as a Bid Manager and latterly client-side, working with a range of companies - predominantly SMEs - in industries as diverse as architecture, software, construction, marketing, environmental services and investigative services. Strengths are in identifying a client's win themes for a bid and bringing disjointed pieces together to present a strong proposal, supporting the client team in managing the bid process, whilst ensuring the submission stays on track. This Associate supports companies looking to improve their bid success through coaching and training, including delivering for private companies including The Met Office. Recent wins include for a security services company for the renewal of a University contract and for a water supply engineering company for a new contract from a utilities supplier.
