Creating and leading winning bid teams for large PFI / PPP tenders (£300m+), creating and implementing best practise bid processes, including formal gate reviews, approvals processes, templates etc. Developing training courses for bid teams, turning technical text into winning bid text, making your CVs come to life and stand out, developing and drafting policy documents and stakeholder consultations for the public sector.
