Profile


An experienced Proposal Manager of complex and large-scale proposals / tenders in the Defence and Aerospace Sector. Responsible for applying best practice proposal management, often working on several bids at the same time. Proven track record of managing and training multi-disciplinary teams for technically-demanding and diverse bids, often in multi-partner arrangements.

Key Achievements


Successfully delivered over 100 high-profile Defence bids, including Eurofighter Typhoon (all greater than £50m).
Experienced in leading and training multiple-disciplined bid teams through the proposal lifecycle including storyboarding and bid writing.
Complied a library of training toolsets, including storyboards, bid templates, bid / proposal management plans and style guides to assist teams with preparing bids.
APMP Foundation Certified.
BA Hons in French and Russian with Business Studies. Certificate in Management from Lancaster University

Experience


Brings over 20 years' experience in leading bid teams to deliver high-quality, winning bids in the Defence sector.
Professional, calm and focussed under pressure, whilst leading multiple-disciplined bid teams through the proposal development process. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
This associate has experience of working on concurrent bids and knowledge of various client bid portals for bid submission. Excellent MS office skills.
