Profile


An experienced Bid Director with a track record of managing winning bids with multi-disciplinary international teams. As an ex-Deloitte Director this associate has full experience of the bid cycle and world class proposal development, from bid qualification through to bid response management and pitch development. They are particularly experienced in managing teams that are remotely located in different countries.

Key Achievements


Led winning bid for £25m complex transformation project, involving organisational, governance, people and technology change.
Successfully managed over 50 bid submissions in multiple industries (greater than £500k).
Bid win rate consistently over 75%.

Experience


Over 15 years' experience of leading winning bid teams in matrix consultancy environments, with specific experience of transformation programmes in the energy and capital markets sectors. Managed bids up to £25m and international bid teams with up to 15 people. A seasoned professional at dealing with and presenting at senior management and board level. A strong focus on bid quality and excellence in client interactions. This associate also has experience of developing proposals with innovative onshore and offshore delivery models.
