Experience
Solution Architect responsible for developing the commercial model and operational solution for £28m Ministry of Justice tender, commissioned partners, wrote and submitted 2 bids to the Ministry of Justice and lead on all stakeholder engagement at senior and operational levels, including local heads of Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS).
Identify and engage with national and regional partners to develop regional supply chain, financial modelling and financial negotiations with supply chain and lead on supply chain appraisal, winning buy-in, developing business cases and contract negotiation.
