Instrumental in improving the win ratio from 14% to over 60% for a leading Charity.
Wrote and rolled-out best practice bid manuals on behalf of the UK's leading Care and Nursing Home operator and the UK's leading provider of learning Disability Support Services.
Researched, developed and implemented a pre-bid stakeholder engagement strategy on behalf of Four Seasons Health Care.
Successfully implemented and mobilised a county wide mental health supported living project.
Wrote and rolled out a guide for Metropolitan on how to get the best from subject matter experts.
