Expert in Construction, Design and Property bid management and team development. Has worked on Public sector bids since 2005, both individual major projects and frameworks and understands UK government agendas, procurement legislation and the key issues that affect buying decisions. On the Private side has tendered to secure business from a variety of clients, including Property Companies, Funds and Asset Management firms.
Has successful record, achieved by working with teams from strategy preparation stage to ensure that responses show evidence backed, value propositions and appropriate customer empathy. Uses recognised project management and sales methodologies and has received formal bid project management training from Shipley Associates.
Has the industry experience and gravitas to keep wider bid team contributors on time and providing good quality input and ensures teams are proactive and astute in their risk management and pricing strategies. Has both set up new in-house teams and introduced change to existing ones.
