Worked with consultants to create, specify and subsequently project-manage the evolution of a powerful IT platform for internal bid auditing which was used in UK, Australia, NZ and USA.
Secured (via competitive tendering) in excess of £12m new revenue for UK support services business with turnover of £150m per annum and in addition sustained high retention rates (90%), portfolio growth, (125%) and profitability (ave:35%) on client portfolio.
