Profile


A highly experienced Bid Manager, Writer and Project Manager, with a track record in producing quality and often complex submissions to tight deadlines. Over 20 years of experience of managing the end-to-end bid process and writing bids, for private and public clients in sectors including training, international development, recruitment, leadership, strategy, communications, research and health. Has United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) SC Security Clearance. This Associate is reliable, competent and exceptionally organised, with a positive "can do" attitude.

Key Achievements


Writing, managing and securing bids valued from between £25k to £10m for clients including the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, overseas government organisations, United Nations agencies, multilateral development banks and private sector clients.

Spearheaded new Go/No Go approaches for clients through the development and roll-out of online scorecards to determine the viability of opportunities, which lead to efficient and timely decision-making processes.

Successfully delivered marketing projects including designing and managing the development of clients' websites and writing marketing and thought leadership material.

Experience


This Associate has worked for consultancy practices, social enterprise organisations, not-for-profits and the NHS. They are experienced in leading end-to-end bidding projects from managing Go/No Go processes using a quantitative tool she has developed; leading on capture processes; hosting bid strategy meetings; establishing and managing bid teams; writing, editing and proof-reading content; and developing budgets and commercial proposals. They are also very experienced in working flexibly with overseas clients and across multiple time zones.
