Profile


An experienced CP APMP, SC cleared, Bid Manager and Bid Writer. This Associate has a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary, geographically spread teams for technically demanding and diverse bids. They have worked for a variety of large IT, Transportation and Support Service organisations, leading and winning deliverable £multi-million bids. They have a proven track record of producing compelling proposals to clients through both written responses and face-to-face.

This Associate has extensive experience in rescuing and turning around failing bids, by both controlling bid expenditure and by increasing win probabilities. They lead workshops to identify win strategies, price-to-win approaches, storyboarding of responses and efficient and accurate reviewing.
