A flexible and experienced consultant, trusted advisor and qualified coach, with over twenty years of professional services experience, this Associate specialises in competitive proposal, pursuit and bid strategy development across the full lifecycle and also bid training and improvement. They have led pursuit processes from pre-RFP stage to qualification right through to pitch/presentation coaching and client debriefs and feedback.

Leading FTSE350 audit and advisory RFPs, ITTs and PPQs nationally and internationally totalling over £100m.
Helping to drive, embed and evolve approach and mindsets to winning work at a Big 4 Accountancy firm.
Writing and delivering bid / pursuit / proposal training, guidance and workshops to share best practice techniques and frameworks.
Creating proposal templates and messaging guidance to improve efficiency.
Pitch / presentation specialist for key client opportunities.
Experience
With a background in professional services, including three of the Big 6 accountancy firms, they are used to working closely with senior stakeholders and global teams, helping to change process and mindsets. They have designed and delivered training and workshops to share best practice techniques and frameworks to enhance client relationships and improve chances of success.
They are also an accredited ICF and EMCC Coach, who has coached both professionally, supporting individuals with their careers and privately, supporting business owners and individuals.
Key responsibilities have included pre-RFP / proposal / pursuit development; client retention planning; "Bid / No-Bid" qualification; leading and facilitating "win" sessions; client meeting preparation; coaching teams for oral pitches/presentations; content creation, review and editing; executive summary creation and performing independent client debriefs and feedback.
