Profile


A very experienced Bid Manager who has worked in variety of sectors and performed a number of Bid centric roles. Worked on / led in excess of 50 tenders, ranging from multi-million turnkey solutions; complex change notes through to framework tenders for a number of sectors including UK Government; Overseas Governments; Managed Service providers; Finance and the Oil & Gas industries.

This associate can slot seamlessly into any phase of the Bid cycle, i.e. initial planning phase; bid launch; when your bid needs fresh impetus or in a "Black Hat" or "Red Team" review role.

Key Achievements


Delivered a wide range of projects and programmes circa. £5m - £50m with annual spends of between £5m and £10m.
15 years of leading bids and proposals for both military and commercial opportunities, the largest being in excess of £800m.

Experience


Over 15 years' experience in running multi-national bids and programmes in Australia, America, Canada, Holland, France and the UK. Extensive knowledge of the capture process and a range of methodologies; from the initial assessment of the client's requirements, architecting the solution and defining work packages for quotation / estimation; tender assessment and contract negotiation through bid management and proposal authoring.
