Business Transformation SME to the Transformation Lead for the NSI bid of £1.4bn, designing a transformation programme to meet the innovation agenda of the HP bid while simultaneously being culturally sensitive to a risk averse organisation and meeting the affordability criteria.
Chief Architect on a UK / US project to provide worldwide internet hosting facilities for client base worth $500m. Conceptualised the co-location service from concept to delivery. Additionally took on the business model development, negotiations on bandwidth and pricing technical solution lead, facilities specification and certification, contractual and legal elements and negotiations with hosting partners.
Defence Industry large bid support - engaged to provide bid support consultancy for a military aircraft support programme. Constructed the solution qualification and certification plan. Assisted with programme solution definition development activity.
