Has subsequently managed bid budgets of up to £15m. Experienced in working with small SMEs and multi-national large corporations. Leads tenders from small design packages to £multi-million infrastructure changes across various disciplines such as Construction, Telecoms and Railways.
Coordinates and coaches in person and virtual bid teams, from 5 to 30 members, by implementing bid best practice. Excels in stakeholder management from opportunity inception through to project handover. Influences post contract negotiations to ensure that the company's interests are protected.
