Outstanding Sustainability and Social Responsibility
This award recognises the efforts of an individual in integrating sustainability and social responsibility considerations into the proposal and/or capture process.
Judging criteria:
The judging criteria for this award encompasses:
- Integration of values: Effective incorporation of sustainability and social responsibility into the proposal or capture process
- Client alignment: Alignment of sustainability initiatives with client values and expectations
- Innovative practice: Introduction of innovative approaches to sustainability and social responsibility in proposals
- Outcome contribution: Positive impact on proposal success or client feedback due to the focus on sustainability
Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:
- Integration of values: Examples of how the nominee effectively incorporated sustainability and social responsibility into proposals or capture processes highlighting successful outcomes and/or evidence showing the positive impact of these initiatives on the proposal’s success
- Client alignment: Examples of how the nominee's sustainability and social responsibility initiatives were aligned with client values and expectations, including evidence of where this alignment was a key differentiator in winning the bid
- Innovative practice: Examples of innovative approaches to sustainability and social responsibility introduced by the nominee, highlighting specific proposals and/or instances demonstrating how these innovations led to successful outcomes
- Outcome contribution: Evidence of positive impacts on proposal success or client feedback related to the focus on sustainability, including data or metrics showing the correlation between these initiatives and proposal outcomes
