• Innovation and technology excellence: Demonstration of cutting-edge technology solutions addressing the unique needs of bid and proposal teams and showcasing innovation in product development or service delivery
• Customer service and support: High level of customer service and support provided to clients, ensuring technology solutions are effectively implemented and adopted within bid and proposal teams
• Impact on efficiency and effectiveness: Evidence of how the technology solution has improved the efficiency, effectiveness, or quality of the bid and proposal process, contributing to better outcomes and increased productivity
• User experience and adoption: Positive user feedback and high adoption rates, indicating the technology is user-friendly, reliable, and well-integrated into the client's workflow

Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:

• Innovation and technology excellence: Examples of innovative technology solutions offered by the vendor, including case studies or testimonials demonstrating how the technology meets the unique needs of bid and proposal teams and highlighting any new features or functionalities introduced over the past year
• Customer service and support: Evidence of exceptional customer service and support, such as customer testimonials, support metrics (e.g. response times, resolution rates), or examples of proactive customer engagement and training provided by the vendor
• Impact on efficiency and effectiveness: Examples showing how the technology has improved efficiency, effectiveness or quality in the bid and proposal process, e.g. metrics such as time savings, error reduction, or improved win rates
• User experience and adoption: Examples of user feedback and evidence of high adoption and integration rates, such as usage statistics, satisfaction surveys, or integration examples
