This award recognises exceptional innovation and strategic use of technology in enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality of business processes such as capture management, proposal development, and strategy execution.
Judging criteria:
The judging criteria for this award encompasses:
- Technology innovation: Demonstration of innovative development or implementation of technology tools, platforms, or software
- Efficiency and effectiveness: Measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness (e.g. time savings, cost reduction, data accuracy, etc)
- Strategic impact: Evidence of how technology has contributed to strategic/successful outcomes or improved competitive positioning
- User adoption and integration: Successful adoption and integration of the technology within the team or organisation
- Outcome impact: Direct correlation between technology use and successful business outcomes
Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:
- Technology innovation: Examples of the development or innovative use of technology tools, platforms, or software, including evidence of how these innovations have enhanced business processes
- Efficiency and effectiveness: Evidence of measurable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness due to technology use, e.g. metrics showing time savings, cost reductions, improved data accuracy, or increased productivity
- Strategic Impact: Examples of how technology has contributed to successful outcomes (e.g. metrics, case studies, or other measurable data)
- User adoption and integration: Evidence of successful user adoption and integration of the technology within the team or organisation, e.g. usage metrics, user feedback on the technology's ease of use and effectiveness, or examples of how the technology has been embraced and integrated into daily workflows
- Outcome impact: Evidence of the direct correlation between technology use and successful outcomes, such as winning bids or securing new business
