Judging criteria:
The judging criteria for this award encompasses:
- Capture strategy: Effectiveness in developing and executing a capture strategy that leads to successful outcomes
- Client understanding: Deep understanding of client needs and priorities, leading to tailored and compelling capture efforts
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally to integrate inputs from various teams into the capture process
- Outcome impact: Significant contributions to winning strategic opportunities, with measurable results
Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:
- Capture strategy: Examples of successful capture strategies developed by the nominee with detailed outcomes and/or evidence of strategic planning and execution that led to significant business wins
- Client understanding: Examples of how the nominee's deep understanding of client needs led to tailored, compelling capture efforts and/or instances where the nominee's client-focused approach was a key factor in winning the bid
- Collaboration: Examples of cross-functional collaboration led by the nominee, integrating inputs from various teams and evidence showing the impact of this collaboration on capture success
- Outcome impact: Data showing measurable results from strategic opportunities won due to the nominee's efforts and/or examples of significant business growth or market share gains directly attributable to the nominee's capture management.
