- Organisational skills: Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage timelines, resources and tasks ensuring all bid components are completed on time and to a high standard
- Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and coordinating bid documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements
- Communication: Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment and smooth coordination through the bid process
- Problem solving: Ability to anticipate and resolve logistical or process-related challenges quickly, minimising disruptions and maintaining bid momentum
- Supportive role in business success: Tangible contributions to the overall success of the bid, as evidenced by positive feedback from team members and successful outcomes

- Organisational skills: Examples of detailed project plans, timelines, or tracking tools used by the nominee to manage the bid process and/or testimonials from team members or stakeholders highlighting the nominee's organisational effectiveness.
- Attention to detail: Examples of error-free submissions, with specific focus on how the nominee ensured accuracy and compliance, including cases where the nominee identified and corrected potential issues before submission and/or feedback on the quality and completeness of the bid documents
- Communication: Examples of communication plans, meeting notes, or coordination efforts led by the nominee, including instances where effective communication directly contributed to the smooth execution of the bid process.
- Problem solving: Specific examples of logistical or process challenges the nominee resolved, with a focus on the impact of these solutions, including demonstration of the nominee's proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues
- Supportive Role in Business Success: Evidence of successful outcomes directly attributed to the nominee's coordination efforts, including metrics or data showing the efficiency and effectiveness of bids managed by the nominee
