Proposal Team of the Year
This award recognises a team that has demonstrated exceptional collaboration, creativity, and efficiency in developing and delivering high-quality proposals that significantly contribute to winning new business.
Judging criteria:
- Collaboration and teamwork: High level of teamwork and collaboration within the proposal team and with subject matter experts
- Creativity and innovation: Creative and innovative approaches in proposal writing, graphics, and overall presentation, making the proposal stand out
- Efficiency in proposal development: IEfficient project management and process improvements enabling delivery of high-quality proposals
- Outcome success: Measurable success directly attributed to the team’s proposal efforts
Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:
- Collaboration and teamwork: Examples of exceptional teamwork and collaboration within the proposal team and with subject matter experts, including evidence of collaborative efforts leading to successful proposal outcomes and/or cross-functional initiatives that enhanced the proposal development process
- Creativity and innovation: Evidence of creativity and innovation in proposal development, e.g. unique writing styles, graphic designs, or presentation formats that differentiated the proposal from competitors and captured the client’s attention
- Efficiency in proposal development: Evidence demonstrating the team’s ability to efficiently deliver high-quality proposals, e.g. project timelines, examples of process improvements introduced by the team, or stakeholder feedback
- Outcome success: Evidence of the direct impact of the proposal team’s efforts on successful outcomes, e.g. data on win rates, new business secured, revenue growth, etc
