Outstanding Proposal Writer of the Year
This award recognises an individual who consistently produces high quality, compelling proposal content.
Judging criteria:
The judging criteria for this award encompasses:
- Quality of writing: Clarity, persuasiveness, and quality of the written content in proposals
- Client-centric content: Ability to tailor content to specific client needs and priorities
- Innovation in writing: Use of creative approaches to enhance the proposal's narrative and structure
- Outcome correlation: Evidence of high-quality submissions contributing to competitive proposals, regardless of win/loss outcome
Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:
- Quality of writing: Samples of proposals (or sections of proposals) written by the nominee (redacted where required), showcasing clarity, persuasiveness, and quality, including examples of how the nominee's writing contributed to the proposal's overall success and/or positive feedback from clients or reviewers
- Client-centric content: Specific examples of proposals where the content was tailored to meet unique client needs and/or cases where tailored content led to positive client outcomes or further engagement
- Innovation in writing: Examples of creative approaches used by the nominee (e.g. unique proposal structures or narrative techniques) and evidence of how these innovations made the proposal stand out
- Outcome correlation: Data showing the relationship between high-quality writing and proposal success (such as win rates or client feedback) and/or examples of proposals that, while not winning, received praise for their quality and content.

You may also upload up to three (3) files of supporting information (combined total size not exceeding 15MB). Each supporting file submitted must be clearly referenced within your application document, indicating which uploaded file corresponds to each relevant section. All commercially sensitive information should be redacted prior to submission.
