- Efficiency gains: Improvement in proposal development efficiency due to effective knowledge management
- Innovative tools: Use of innovative tools or methods to enhance knowledge management practices
- Outcome impact: Direct correlation between knowledge management and successful proposal outcomes
Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:
- Knowledge sharing: Examples of knowledge management systems, repositories, or best practices developed and implemented by the nominee, including evidence of how these practices improved team collaboration and information accessibility
- Efficiency gains: Evidence of improved efficiency in proposal development due to the nominee's knowledge management efforts (e.g. faster turnaround times or reduced duplication of effort) and metrics showing increased usage of knowledge management tools or resources
- Innovative tools: Examples of innovative tools, platforms, or methods introduced by the nominee to enhance knowledge management, including evidence of the impact of these innovations on proposal quality and efficiency
- Outcome impact: Evidence of successful proposals directly linked to the nominee's knowledge management practices and/or data showing improved win rates or proposal quality due to effective knowledge management
