Judging criteria:
The judging criteria for this award encompasses:
- Strategic collaboration: Effective collaboration on developing and executing capture strategies
- Outcome achievement: Significant wins or business growth directly attributable to the team's capture efforts
- Coordination and communication: Seamless communication and coordination across team members and stakeholders
- Client-centric approach: Deep understanding and alignment with client needs throughout the capture process
Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:
- Strategic collaboration: Examples of how the team effectively collaborated on developing and executing capture strategies supported by evidence of how collaboration led to successful capture outcomes
- Outcome achievement: Examples of significant wins or business growth directly attributable to the team's capture efforts, supported by data or metrics
- Coordination and communication: Examples of seamless communication and coordination across team members and stakeholders, supported by meeting notes, communication plans, or feedback and including evidence of how effective coordination contributed to the success of the capture effort
- Client-centric approach: Examples of how the team maintained a deep understanding of client needs throughout the capture process and/or evidence demonstrating where the team's alignment with client needs was a key factor in winning the bid
