With 25 years of experience in business & client development, bids, and marketing within professional services firms across both the public and private sectors, she has successfully implemented bid strategies leading to increased win rates. Additionally, she has built knowledge management systems, trained teams, and is a skilled proofreader and copy editor.

She has an active interest in understanding the psychology of buying and incorporating it into bid strategy to build empathetic connections with clients, delivering innovative and value-added solutions.

As Head of Bid Management, her leadership extends across geographies, ensuring consistency and excellence in global bid management. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021. Before this, she worked for Mott MacDonald, Capita, CBRE, Avison Young, and Eversheds Sutherland.
