Judging criteria:
The judging criteria for this award encompasses:
- Analytical rigour: Depth and thoroughness of competitive analysis conducted
- Strategic insight: Ability to translate competitive analysis into actionable capture or proposal strategies
- Outcome impact: Measurable improvements in win rates or proposals quality due to informed competitive strategies
- Documentation and communication: Clear documentation and communication of competitive insights to stakeholders
Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:
- Analytical rigour: Examples of in-depth competitive analyses conducted by the nominee, highlighting specific proposals and/or evidence of how the nominee’s analyses influenced the proposal strategy
- Strategic insight: Examples of how the nominee's competitive analysis was translated into actionable capture or proposal strategies, highlighting successful outcomes and/or instances where these insights were key to differentiating the proposal from competitors
- Outcome impact: Evidence of measurable improvements in win rates or proposal quality due to the nominee's competitive strategies, including data or metrics showing the impact of the nominee's competitive analysis on business growth
- Documentation and communication: Evidence of clear documentation and communication of competitive insights to stakeholders, including examples of how effective communication of competitive insights contributed to proposal success
