- Relationship building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Proactive engagement: Engagement strategies that anticipate and address client needs before formal proposals are requested
- Impact on success: Direct correlation between customer engagement efforts and successful proposal outcomes
Suggested evidence to be submitted for consideration:
- Customer insight: Examples of how the nominee's deep understanding of client needs informed their capture strategies, highlighting successful outcomes and instances where the nominee's customer insights led to successful proposals
- Relationship building: Examples of strong, trust-based relationships built by the nominee with clients, including long-term client partnerships and/or evidence of where these relationships were key to winning bids or securing new opportunities
- Proactive engagement: Examples of proactive engagement strategies used by the nominee to anticipate and address client needs before formal proposals, including evidence of where proactive engagement led to successful outcomes
- Impact on success: Measurable results or successful outcomes directly linked to the nominee's customer engagement efforts, including data or metrics showing improved win rates or client retention due to the nominee's efforts
