Charlotte is a distinguished leader in bid and pursuit management, known for her strategic vision and impact across the Professional Services, Construction, and Engineering sectors. As Head of Pursuits for the EMEA region at a leading global law firm, she spearheads her team in leading high-value, multidiscipline proposals, consistently delivering winning strategies that drive business growth and client success.
Charlotte’s leadership journey began as one of the world’s first Bid and Proposals Apprentices, setting a precedent for innovation and excellence from the outset of her career. Her expertise encompasses the full bid and pursuit lifecycle, where she has established and led high-performing teams, developed best practice frameworks, and implemented robust processes that elevate standards and outcomes across complex, cross-border pursuits.
A passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing, Charlotte works to drive a strong wellbeing culture within her team, and has also made a significant contribution to shaping a more equitable bidding profession. As the Founding Director of WIBAP (Wellbeing and Inclusion in Bids and Proposals) back in 2018, she was instrumental in building a global network of over 3,000 professionals, fostering dialogue and action to address industry inequalities and promote inclusive team cultures. Her initiatives set benchmarks and drove discussions on personal development and wellbeing within bid teams, ensuring diverse perspectives were valued and empowered.
Charlotte’s achievements have been recognised through multiple industry accolades, including the Strategic Proposals’ Rising Stars award and UK Award for Excellence, the APMP 40 under 40 award, and Bid Solutions’ BQ Innovation Award. She also holds the APMP Professional qualification.
