Job Description
Bid Solutions is currently recruiting for a Proposal Manager to join a global systems integrator. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, results-driven professional with a knack for developing high-quality proposals.
What You’ll Do:
– Lead cross-functional teams to develop and manage proposal content
– Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings and strategy sessions
– Ensure proposals are 100% compliant and meet high-quality standards
– Write and edit key proposal sections
– Enhance the proposal process to improve win rates
– Support the development of proposal tools and resources
Who You Are / What You Need:
– 3-5 years of experience in RFP proposal development
– Strong communication and organisational skills
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities
– Bilingual (English plus German, French, or Scandinavian) is considered an asset
– High ethical standards and a positive attitude
– Passionate about providing world-class service
– Committed to growth, accountability, and delivering results
– A team player with strong interpersonal skills
– Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
