Experience


Work Winning (Business Development)
Overall accountability for the development of work winning strategy and business development of activities within Gas, Water and Electricity sectors across both Transmission and Distribution. Undertaking a key role in developing and mentoring the Work Winning teams through empowering people to take on additional responsibility. Implementing new working practices such as formalisation of a bid and governance process and regular bid team meetings. Development of AMP7, RIIO T2, ED2 and GD2 strategies, including the renewal of key frameworks.
Bid Support (Bid Management)
Development of bidding process to be utilised for all major prospects including Governance requirements, pipeline reporting, sales opportunity reviews, preparation of tender board papers and presentation of opportunities to management. Oversight of all key Tenders and Bid Lead on large strategic tenders, including strategic frameworks and large EPC projects (£100m+).
