$76m Large airport outsource deal for managed network services including LAN, Radio, Wireless LAN and commercialisation services.
Pursuit team transformation lead on the successful $4bn consortium bid to the MoD.
Successfully bidding AWS cloud development resource to UK Government.
Successful applications to large government frameworks including G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes, Tech Services.
Delivered a large (~£20m) complex SIaM bid to critical public health organisation.

Experience


This Associate has 20 years' experience of leading and contributing to winning bid teams including work on win strategies, solution development, costing, contract management and risk management. They are very conversant with deal governance processes and practices from initial opportunity qualification through to contract signature and beyond. Extensive award-winning management consultancy experience with direct involvement in CxO level customer conversations and presentations.
