Profile


A highly organised construction Bid Writer with over 8 years bid experience, writing responses and managing the bid process for public and private tenders, for new build, design and build, refurbishment and fit-out construction work. Has worked with main contractors and consultancies to help them win work using persuasive and quality writing along with excellent time management skills.
As an accredited APMP member and holding a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Post Graduate Diploma they bring bid best practice and expertise including capture management, story boarding, content planning, reviewing, proof reading and editing for RFIs, PQQs, RFP and ITTs. Has experience of bidding for work from £100k to £50 million in value.

Recent tenders won include D&B for flats across 15 sites for a social housing company, remodelling and refurbishment work for a central London hospital, fit-out for a new 400 room hotel in central London, improvement works of an inner London primary school and award of places onto 5 different frameworks including Fusion21, LHC and Procure Partnership Framework.
