An experienced Bid Leader of a wide range of bids across diverse sectors including Domestic, International, Government and Corporate Buyers. This associate has a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary, multi-country teams for technically demanding and diverse bids. They are particularly adept at managing bid risks, compliance, client need assessment and implementing appropriate strategies to maximise win-rates.
Currently leading the response to a multi market Government tender of over £400m.

Successfully managed over 200 large bid submissions to multiple industries (>£5m to over £100m).

Drove a programme of bidding best practice in a global business and doubled sales in under a year.
Experience
Over 15 years' experience of leading winning bid teams and managed virtual bid teams with over 30 members. Seasoned professional at dealing with and negotiating at CEO Level.
Strong focus and understanding of deal governance. This associate has experience of developing and mentoring teams in bid best practice. They have a background in solutions and services and experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery, and will provide valuable input into opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercial discussions and solution delivery.
Has experience of successfully delivering winning bids in Aerospace, Security, Defence, Facilities Management, Health, Energy, Infrastructure, Professional Services, Construction and Cyber bids.
