Profile


This experienced Associate has run international RFPs of various size and scale in the Legal Services and Software Technology sectors. Projects range from small focused bids to multi-product / multi-service offerings. This Associate works effectively across multiple stakeholder groups in different locations, to bring together a cohesive and timely bid response. Highly flexible and hands-on, this person can also assume responsibility for discrete tasks such as proposal planning, writing executive summaries and proposal content, editing, proofing and quality control.
Adaptable and commercial, this Associate is quick to understand the commercial drivers and selling points on which to build compelling, well-written business proposals, with excellent team working skills, and a good understanding of diverse business cultures. Languages are a strength with fluency in French.

Key Achievements


Successfully oversaw the submission of up to 70 RFPs annually across the European business. Project managed key bids worth millions of Euros of revenue, never missing a deadline.
Has implemented and institutionalised bid management processes, establishing best practices and improving the quality and content of RFP submissions, building recognition, internal trust and managing teams with calmness, professionalism and good humour.

Experience


Experience of running extensive and very competitive RFPs to win international contracts from top multinationals across multiple industry sectors: Banks and Financial Institutions, Retail, Transport, Automotive, Technology, Telecommunications and Manufacturing. Strong focus on B2B with more than 10 years' bid management experience at international level.
